Let’s start off with some funnies…

Workout: Hop On/ Hop Off with 20 minutes of Yoga afterwards. It’s still a great workout.
The other night we made 2 meatloafs, yes 2! We had 2 lbs of meat so J wanted to do one with sauteed veggies and one with raw veggies, and see how different they taste. They both turned out really, really good, but I think we both agreed we like the cooked veggies the best. It took us about 3 or 4 days to finish it all!

It started to rain at the end, so we hid out on the bus for a few hours enjoying food and beverages.
