Hop On / Hop Off

My workout this morning was much, much harder than I expected it to be…oh my goodness. I knew I wanted to workout this morning, but I was a teensy-bit hungover from last night’s festivities,Β so I made a deal with myself…Workout, but it doesn’t have to be too tough, just move a little bit. So I figured an easy, slow run or a circuit for 30 minutes. I picked Courtney’s Hop On/Hop Off workout…I’m telling you that this is one of the hardest cardio circuits I’ve done. I’m so glad I completed it even thought I didn’t expect myself to work so hard..it’s a doozy.

 

I’m getting ready to head out to a friend’s SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY! shhhhhhh!
