Workout: I started my morning off with a few circuits…
One Round of the Jumping Jacks Circuit
This one is tough! I have quite a few circuits via Julie at Peanut Butter Fingers, she’s got some good ideas to make ya sweat.
Two Rounds of the following circuit:
20 mountain climbers
25 bicycle crunches
Should take between 40-45 minutes, and you’re good to go for the day. I hope the “after-burn” is still workin’!
For lunch I had something very, very good…
An arugula, feta cheese, and watermelon salad. So good! I bought lots of salad “stuff” at the grocery store yesterday, and plan to make many more to get me through the week.
Heading out for dinner in a few minutes. I’m trying a new place, Urban Grub, so I will fill you in on all the details shortly.
