4th of July at HOME!

I hope everyone had a nice holiday and was able to get some fun and relaxation in!


My workout yesterday was a quick 2mile run on the treadmill in my parents basement, and 4 rounds of the following circuit:

10 burpees

15 pushups

20 mountain climbers

25 bicycle crunches

30 squats

It’s no joke!

I went over to my brother’s new house to celebrate Independence Day, and had fun with our group of 12! We started off with a beverage, and then headed to the pool. After a few hours at the pool, we fired up the grill and had a cook out.

We were then able to watch some fireworks from the porch. I fell asleep around 10:30p last night. I was so tired from the pool and pool-football. Love being able to visit home and have time off work, too.
