I made a salad repeat yesterday after my workout…another Tomato, Avocado and Mozzarella salad, BUT with the addition of a little bit of pesto. It was even better!
Throw some lettuce on the bottom…use what you have!

I added some pesto that I had in the fridge. 1 or 2 tablespoons adds so much flavor!
Simple. It served 2 side salads.
