Monday = Yoga

This morning I DID NOT want to exercise. I was pouting the entire time I was drinking my coffee because I could not think of a sweat session that sounded appealing.

I managed to run a quick 9-minute mile and do 30 minutes of yoga via 10 Minute Solutions:Yoga . A 40 minute workout is better than nothing, I guess.Β 


I was still sore from my workout on Saturday, and I think that was part of the reason for my lack of motivation (if my abs are sore from working out, I feel like it makes me feel bleh and in a funk), but I think yoga was a good choice to help out my muscles.

I found Peanut Butter Cheerios and Dulce de Leche Cheerios, but they were $4.39 at the store! Wha…Wha…Wha??!!! I know some cereal can be expensive, but that’s crazy. Must find coupon.


Dinner is on the way…
