Just Kicked my own Ass

This morning started with my 3.7 Music Row run.

Followed by 5 rounds of the following 5 exercises…

1) Squat Jumps 5 reps

2) Alternating Lunges 5 reps on each leg, 10 total

3) Push Ups 5 reps

4) Vertical Leg Crunches 10 reps

5) Burpees 10 reps

After I was nice and sweaty I snacked on some cereal while doing some paperwork for work. For lunch, you know I are some chili-leftovers! Even better today.

Heading out tonight to listen to some music at the new National Underground…will let you know how it is!
