Sunday Funday

My Sunday Funday was full of coffee, workouts, leftovers and FOOTBALL! I watched both championship games where I was rooting for New England Patriots and New York Giants…yeaaaaahh! Now, I’m ready for the Super Bowl.

Sunday morning coffee was consumed before my workoutΒ 

My workout consisted of 4 rounds of this circuit workout:

20 jump squats

20 push ups

20 burpees without the pushup

20 jumping jacks

This circuit workout was followed by 30 minutes of 10 minute solutions: Yoga

Saturday nights leftovers were consumed shortly after

Another taco salad with shredded chicken, salsa, sour cream, pepper jack cheese, pico and hot sauce. MmmmMmm.

Then I parked it on the couch for both games…kitty was jealous.
