For dinner last night, I had a nice little pasta dish: fusilli, red pepper, red onion, salt, pepper, garlic chicken and sun-dried tomato & garlic oil dish.
Dice red onion, red pepper and garlic and saute with a bit of EVOO
Add chicken (salt, pepper, herbs de provence and sun-dried tomato and garlic oil) cut into bite-sized pieces
Annnnnnd it’s time to eat. Served with a little mixed green salad to some veggies. (Don’t you love Villeroy & Boch plates!)
