This time, let’s catch up on Thanksgiving, Cabo San Lucas and Los Angeles. Sound good?
For Thanksgiving, I went home to Columbus, OH to spend it with my family (Dad’s Thanksgiving on Thursday and Mom’s Thanksgiving on Friday). On the morning of Thanksgiving, my stepmom and I ran the Flying Feather Four Miler in Dublin, OH. We had a lot of fun and went home and started cooking!
Cabo San Lucas…oh I am in LOVE with this place! I spent 9 days in Cabo with my family(they were there for 16 days) to celebrate my dad and stepmom’s 20th wedding anniversary and as a Christmas gift. We stayed in the Montecristo Estates on the Pueblo Bonito resort in Cabo San Lucas, thanks to the fact that dad has a timeshare 😉 I will be back!

L.A was a quick overnight trip, we just stopped at The Counter for some burgers and brews. MMMmmmmm so yum! They have quite a few of these joints in the states, so check them out if you get a chance. I got 1/3lb of beef cooked medium, swiss, grilled onions, roasted red peppers, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, onion straws, chipotle aioli, and shared sweet potato fries. It was enjoyed with one of my new fav beers…Green Flash West Coast IPA Described as unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, strong hop pungency, citrus notes and floral aroma.
